Does Invisalign hurt?

What about food?
No restrictions. Take the trays out to eat and drink anything, and just brush before they go back in.
Will anyone notice?
Most people won’t. The trays are nearly invisible in photos, at work, and in conversation.
How long do I wear them?
20–22 hours a day, off only for meals and brushing. Consistency is what keeps you on schedule.
If a tray is lost or cracked
